1.1 Your agreement is with us, Fuse Training Ltd. a private company limited by guarantee, registered in England (company number 15422796).
1.2 You, and all your guests, must comply with and agree to the code of conduct of Fuse Training facilities.
1.5 All our memberships are monthly memberships. In these terms and conditions, monthly means every calendar month. A full calendar month starts on the first day of the calendar month and finishes at the end of the last day of that calendar month. When we refer to month in these terms and conditions, we mean a full calendar month.
1.6 Your membership agreement terms are accessible through a link on the Fuse Training website.

2 Starting your membership

2.1 All memberships are personal and cannot be shared.
2.2 You cannot use our facilities until you have signed your online membership agreement form and made the payments set out on the form.

2.3 We operate a private facility and membership is at the sole discretion of Fuse Training Ltd. We do not have to state or provide you with reasons for refusal of membership.

3 Types of service and membership

3.1 At Fuse training we offer 2 different types of services:

  • Small Group Personal Training (SGPT) – 55 to 60-minute sessions, on a ratio of 1 coach to a maximum of 5 members.

  • Group Exercise Class – 30 or 45-minute sessions, on a ratio of 1 coach to a maximum of 12 members.

3.2 We offer various types of membership to persons aged 18 or over. For persons 16 or 17 years old, exceptions are granted based on a written parental consent. Persons under 16 years of age must be always supervised.

3.3 All new members start on a 30-day trial. The 30-consecutive-day trial entitles the member to use 8 or 12 Small Group Personal Training sessions and unlimited access to our group classes. There is no commitment to join on a membership following the 30-day trial.

3.4 Once the trial is complete, if the members wish to continue using the facilities, they must sign up for one of the memberships below:

  • SGPT 4 – this entitles you to 4 small group personal training session per month and unlimited access to our group classes.

  • SGPT 8 – this entitles you to 8 small group personal training sessions per month and unlimited access to our group classes.

  • SGPT 12 – this entitles you to 12 small group personal training sessions per month and unlimited access to our group classes.

3.5 All SGPT sessions purchased must be used within that same calendar month.

4 Your membership fees

4.1 The cost of your membership will depend on the type of membership and the membership commitment period you have chosen.
4.2 We will set out all amounts that you need to pay for your membership on your online membership agreement form.
4.3 During your membership, you must pay your membership fees whether or not you actually make use of our facilities and services.

4.4 The monthly membership fee you pay will depend on the type of membership you choose, the payment option you select and the minimum number of complete months you commit to be a member for.

4.5 The types of payment options we offer are as follows:

  • Rolling monthly - you commit to be a member and paying the monthly membership fee for at least one full calendar month

  • Discounted monthly - you commit to be a member, and to paying the monthly membership fee, for at least 3 full calendar months and pay the monthly membership fee for that period. In return for this, you get a discounted monthly membership fee for the 3 full calendar months. At the end of the 3 calendar months, your membership will automatically continue on a-monthly-basis.

4.6 We are a cashless company. You must pay your monthly membership fee in advance every month by direct debit.

4.7 In the scenario of failed payment, we will attempt to obtain payment through the same direct debit, or you must settle the overdue amount by debit or credit card payment. While you owe us payments you will not be allowed to use the facilities. Once your payments are up to date you will be allowed to enter and use the facilities. You will still have to pay all monthly membership fees for the duration of the commitment period you signed up to.
